I didn’t choose psychology — it chose me. After years of working in clinical settings, I realized that what people needed most wasn’t another clinical environment. They needed a space that felt safe enough to be honest. A space without the cold fluorescent glare of a hospital corridor.

CalmnCure was born from that realization. Every aspect of this practice — from the way we conduct assessments to the words we choose in session — is designed around one principle: your comfort comes first.

I work with adults, children, families, and individuals navigating faith and identity, always with evidence-based methods, always with empathy, and always with respect for who you are.
